Role Description Reporting directly to the SVP, Client Services, the Vice President, Architecture & Solution Advisory will lead solution strategy, architecture governance, and advisory services across the Professional Services organization. This executive will play a critical leadership role in shaping how solutions are sold and delivered, ensuring clients receive solutions that drive business value while supporting scalable, profitable growth. Working closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and Partners, the VP serves as the organization's authority on solution quality, delivery feasibility, and architectural excellence. The ideal candidate combines deep consulting and architecture expertise with strong executive presence and a passion for helping clients transform their businesses through technology. This role will be instrumental in building a world-class, AI-enabled services organization focused on client outcomes, delivery excellence, and long-term growth. What You Will Do: - Lead the Architecture & Solution Advisory organization across all industries, products, and service offerings. - Partner with Sales and Services Sales leaders to shape and scope strategic pursuits, complex client opportunities, and large-scale transformation programs. - Lead solution strategy for multi-product and multi-platform engagements, ensuring alignment between client business objectives, product capabilities, delivery approach, and commercial outcomes. - Guide solution design, estimation, and statement of work development to improve win rates, delivery success, and profitability. - Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and solution review practices to ensure consistent delivery quality and risk management. - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, helping define transformation roadmaps, business outcomes, and value realization strategies. - Partner closely with Delivery leaders to reduce implementation risk, improve delivery outcomes, and increase client satisfaction. - Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and agentic capabilities across solution design and delivery processes to improve productivity, scalability, and client outcomes. - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, and innovation investments based on client and market needs. - Develop reusable reference architectures, industry solution frameworks, accelerators, and best practices that improve delivery efficiency and consistency. - Act as the executive escalation point for complex solution, architecture, and delivery challenges across strategic accounts. - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of architects and solution advisors. Qualifications - 15+ years of consulting, professional services, or enterprise software experience. - Experience leading architecture, solution advisory, consulting, or pre-sales organizations in a high-growth technology or professional services environment. - Proven ability to scope, shape, and govern large, complex, multi-product and multi-platform transformation programs, ensuring solutions are aligned to client business objectives, product capabilities, delivery feasibility, and commercial objectives. - Strong experience partnering with sales organizations on strategic pursuits, executive workshops, solution strategy, estimation, and statement of work development. - Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions. - Experience leveraging AI and agentic technologies to improve solution design, delivery quality, operational efficiency, and client outcomes, including integrating AI-enabled capabilities into delivery methodologies and project execution processes. - Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering organizations, influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, and innovation investments based on client and market needs. - Experience developing reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and best practices that improve delivery consistency, scalability, and profitability. - Strong understanding of services business economics, including scope management, delivery risk, gross margin, utilization, and value realization. - Demonstrated success leading executive-level client relationships and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing architecture and advisory teams.
