• You implement Salesforce solutions and work closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners. • You develop and configure on the Salesforce platform and, where applicable, on integration platforms such as Magic xpi. • In close collaboration with colleagues from the respective project teams, the client, and other implementation partners, you translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute your own ideas, and independently produce solution designs. • You serve as the technical contact person for the client and the project team when technical challenges arise. • You are able to collaborate effectively in agile projects and/or bring relevant agile experience.

• Develop APEX code and triggers • Experienced with automating complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder • Develop test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage • Perform CI/CD activities • Debug existing code base and take necessary corrective actions • Troubleshoot production issues and determine root cause • Serve as primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment • Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development, and change management activities • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

• Design, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, product rules, discounting, approvals, and quote processes. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ configurations and custom solutions. • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and product configuration. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver end-to-end CPQ solutions. • Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of CPQ and Revenue Cloud capabilities.
