• You implement Salesforce projects end-to-end and proactively advise our clients on optimizing complex business processes. • Together with your team, you introduce tailored Salesforce solutions — from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration and implementation to post-implementation support. • You are responsible for conducting and facilitating client workshops (e.g., kick-offs, key-user trainings). • You participate as a Salesforce expert in pre-sales meetings and deliver compelling demo presentations to help win new projects. • Depending on your prior experience, during the onboarding phase you will deepen your expertise through certifications in the Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or other relevant Salesforce products. • Based on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibilities — whether as a Lead Consultant on projects or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
