• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input for content development of CGC domains (doctrine, identity, career development). • Support online curriculum development and validation by writing storyboards, editing, and organizing content to fit the target audience and student educational levels for adult learners. • Support development of student feedback and assist Government in evaluating student performance. • Recommend course improvements based on execution. • Additional duties as assigned.

• Develop Docusign solutions including design, configuration, scripting, and unit testing • Ensure solutions conform to development standards and baselines • Define optimal solutions to meet business requirements • Convert legacy SpringCM templates into Docusign templates

• Work with technical teams to execute Agile-based projects for clients • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owner on overall goals and process • Manage day-to-day project work, supporting the team and removing blockers • Track day-to-day work in Jira, providing weekly report outs of key features worked on • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
