Job Description
Salesforce Developer
entero AG
• You implement Salesforce solutions and work closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners. • You develop and configure on the Salesforce platform and, where applicable, on integration platforms such as Magic xpi. • In close collaboration with colleagues from the respective project teams, the client, and other implementation partners, you translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute your own ideas, and independently produce solution designs. • You serve as the technical contact person for the client and the project team when technical challenges arise. • You are able to collaborate effectively in agile projects and/or bring relevant agile experience.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce development with Apex and standard configuration tools, and as a Salesforce Administrator; alternatively, solid Java development skills with an interest in progressing into Salesforce.
- Practical experience developing Flows, page layouts, permission/sharing concepts in Salesforce, UI development (LWC/Visualforce), and in data modelling.
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum) is desirable.
- Degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
- Self‑directed working style with strong customer and solution orientation.
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
Benefits
- Permanent employment contract, attractive base salary plus variable compensation, and 30 days of vacation.
- Work remotely or from one of our offices in Eschborn, Cologne, or Hamburg.
- Flexible working hours and individual short- and long-term (part-time) arrangements.
- Leadership or expert career path – through regular feedback discussions we will determine together which career path suits you best.
- A wide range of training and certification opportunities so you can develop in the areas that advance your career.
- Structured onboarding and a mentor who supports you long-term.
- Mutual support rather than an elbow mentality, because we firmly believe true strength only arises from teamwork.
- Knowledge-sharing events, summer parties, Christmas celebrations, and — as a highlight — our legendary annual company trip.
- Have an idea? Pitch it to the team and put it into action – with us you have the freedom to be creative and drive your own projects.
- Company pension plan, Edenred, or Egym Wellpass.
