Job Requirements
- Experiencia en atención al cliente.
- Educación secundaria.
- Nivel de español e inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
- Manejo del computador y herramientas como Office, email, internet, etc.
- Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
- Excelente gramática.
- Conocimientos de la herramienta Dynamics Contact Center.
- Conocimientos de portugués serán considerados un diferencial, aunque no son un requisito para la posición.

• Provide customer support primarily through chat (with occasional email or calls if needed) • Guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform • Answer questions and troubleshoot common issues • Explain features clearly and in simple terms • Escalate more complex issues when needed
