• Brindar información sobre los productos y servicios que ofrece la empresa. • Recibir nuevos requerimientos y sugerencias de funcionalidad. • Dar seguimiento a las dudas de los clientes y registrar sus actividades dentro de nuestra herramienta de gestión. • Contribuir al diseño y construcción de la mejor experiencia, transformando insights en acciones. • Alcanzar los objetivos mensuales establecidos por el área ayudando activamente a mantener altos los niveles de satisfacción del cliente. • Gestionar tu desempeño de acuerdo con los indicadores de performance definidos para cada proyecto.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Educación secundaria.
  • Nivel de español e inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
  • Manejo del computador y herramientas como Office, email, internet, etc.
  • Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Excelente gramática.
  • Conocimientos de la herramienta Dynamics Contact Center.
  • Conocimientos de portugués serán considerados un diferencial, aunque no son un requisito para la posición.
