Role Description We’re hiring a client-facing training professional to help customers learn and confidently use our platform. This role is ideal for: - Trainers - L&D professionals - Teachers with strong presentation skills - Customer-facing professionals What You'll Do: - Deliver onboarding and training sessions - Guide clients through product usage - Help customers become confident users Qualifications - 2+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions - Experience leading live sessions, workshops, or presentations (not just supporting training) - Strong ability to explain processes, tools, or platforms clearly - Excellent communication skills suitable for U.S.-based clients - English level: C1 or C2 (required) - Reliable internet and professional remote setup Requirements - Experience onboarding customers or users onto a tool, platform, or structured process - Background in: - Customer Success / Onboarding - Product Training / Enablement - Learning & Development / Corporate Training - Teaching (with structured group delivery) - Experience delivering sessions via Zoom or similar tools - Familiarity with CRM or software tools (a plus, not required) Benefits - 100% Remote, location independent - Compensation: $1,500 - $2000 per month (based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills) What Makes You Stand Out - Experience training adults or clients - Strong presence on video calls - Ability to explain clearly and confidently This Role is NOT a Fit For - Customer support roles without training responsibilities - HR onboarding focused only on internal employees - Administrative or coordination roles without training delivery - ESL/teaching roles without structured presentation or facilitation experience - No presentation or training experience - Back-office roles without communication exposure

• Provide customer support primarily through chat (with occasional email or calls if needed) • Guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform • Answer questions and troubleshoot common issues • Explain features clearly and in simple terms • Escalate more complex issues when needed

• Support our US-based clients through chat (primary), with occasional email and voice calls • Help new clients get started and confidently use the platform • Notice patterns in client questions and help us improve our documentation, onboarding, and product • Review usage data and support metrics, and share insights with our team • Work closely with our Management and engineering team to surface ideas, bugs, and opportunities • Build and maintain knowledge resources so our team and clients keep getting better experiences

They are knowledgeable users who appreciate working with someone who truly understands the platform and can think alongside them. We are hiring one thoughtful, analytical person to take ownership of our client operations: - Supporting users - Helping them onboard - Spotting trends in how the platform is used - Helping us continuously improve This is not a traditional support role. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking, learning, and solving problems, not just answering tickets. Qualifications - A former teacher, tutor, or trainer who loves explaining things clearly and patiently - Someone with an analytical mind who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reports - A curious professional who likes to understand the "why" behind things, not just follow steps - Someone looking for a meaningful, long-term role where your thinking is valued Requirements - Excellent written English; comfortable and confident on calls when needed - Strong comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple reports) - Clear, patient communication and a genuine interest in helping people - Critical thinking and the ability to figure things out independently - A learning mindset and pride in doing good work - At least 2 years of professional experience in roles that required thinking, analysis, or teaching Nice to have - Background in teaching, tutoring, instructional design, or corporate training - Experience with SaaS platforms, US real estate, or property data - Experience creating dashboards, reports, training materials, or knowledge bases - Self-taught skills you are proud of (this tells us you love to learn) Benefits - 100% remote / home-based work - Monthly salary: PHP 40,000 – 45,000 - Collaborative and supportive team
