Customer Support Specialist, Locator Support

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or BPO experience
  • Experience supporting English-speaking customers
  • Phone support experience is required — this role needs confident, polished spoken English with clients, and phone experience shows you've communicated directly with clients by voice, not only through chat or email
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required — you should be comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Able to explain things in a simple, step-by-step way
  • Patient, helpful, and detail-oriented
