Marketing Specialist

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's commercial objectives; • Develop strategies for lead generation, qualification and nurturing; • Create editorial briefs, copy and content for social media, blog, email marketing, landing pages, presentations and sales materials; • Prepare and send email marketing campaigns to customers, prospects, partners, automakers (OEMs) and associations; • Support the creation of prospecting materials, sales presentations, case studies and product launches; • Plan and manage the company's editorial and promotional calendar; • Manage and update Alpes One's digital channels; • Monitor performance of the website, blog, social media, campaigns and landing pages; • Track KPIs such as traffic, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI and opportunities generated; • Create performance reports and present analyses and recommendations; • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and communication channels; • Implement SEO strategies to improve Alpes One's search engine positioning; • Support initiatives to expand the brand's presence in AI tools and search engines; • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, designers, videographers and partners; • Monitor paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms; • Develop creative briefs for assets, ads, videos, presentations and corporate materials; • Review materials to ensure quality, clarity, standardization and alignment with company identity; • Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, training sessions and relationship-building activities; • Develop joint marketing actions with automakers, brand associations and partner companies; • Support the commercial team with materials, campaigns and information that contribute to generating and converting opportunities; • Conduct market, competitor, trend and audience behavior research; • Contribute to Alpes One's institutional and commercial positioning; • Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize production, analysis and execution of marketing activities; • Ensure deadlines are met and manage the organization of the department's tasks;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in digital marketing;
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns;
  • Strong ability to produce and edit copy and to create creative assets;
  • Knowledge of content strategies, lead generation and inbound marketing;
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, the buyer's journey and marketing-sales integration;
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, blogs and landing pages;
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices;
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and performance tracking tools;
  • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms);
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems;
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe (Creative Cloud), PowerPoint or Google Slides;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines;
  • Analytical, creative, proactive and results-oriented profile;
  • Autonomy to drive activities and propose new initiatives;
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different areas of the company;
