• Unterstützung der HR Manager im Tagesgeschäft und bei operativen Personalthemen • Erstellung und Pflege von arbeitsvertraglichen Dokumenten sowie Personalstammdaten • Unterstützung und Management administrativer HR-Prozesse • Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen sowie allgemeinen HR-Abläufen • Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten sowie Übernahme organisatorischer Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich
Job Requirements
- Laufendes Bachelor-Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an HR-Themen sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationstalent
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch von Vorteil).
