Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong people leader with a track record of mentoring
  • Prior experience in an HR consulting firm
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance (multi-state required; CA experience strongly preferred)
