Regional Education Partnership Manager

• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and vet qualified educational partnership opportunities. • Conduct potential partner evaluations to ensure alignment with the Futuro Health mission and quality program offerings. • Understand the workflows of Futuro Health operations and explain how it will fit into each potential partner’s journey to ensure alignment across partnership development and implementation. • Build and manage relationships with potential partners to ensure timely communication and onboarding. • Assist with planning, implementing, and attending geotargeted events, meetings, etc. • Collaborate with team members and other departments within the organization to obtain needs assessments, outreach priority, and other areas of opportunity. • Program & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with assigned education partners to ensure student and organizational success. • Collaborate with local healthcare educational programs, employers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive positive results. • Manage the delivery of educational and training programs in assigned areas that are tailored to the needs of the local healthcare workforce. • Communicate with the scholar support team on any changes in educational programs or processes for scholar success. • Manage and resolve escalations from scholar support and partners to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately and partnership activities remain in compliance with agreed-upon contract terms. • Effective usage of necessary tools, resources, systems, etc. to effectively perform the role. • Support the Educational Experience Director with coordination and execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. • Travel to meeting destinations as applicable to the project grant deliverables. • Reporting & Evaluation: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to evaluate partnership and project outcomes and impact. • Accurate and up to date reporting and data entry via CRM to enhance visibility to stakeholder status and track progress. • Monitor partnership data to ensure accurate and complete incoming and outgoing data. • Evaluate partner performance on an ongoing basis to determine whether partnerships should be maintained, expanded, restructured, or concluded based on alignment, effectiveness, and mutual value. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying opportunities for project improvement and innovation. • Support the implementation of best practices and process enhancements to optimize overall success. • Collaborate with other departments to gain insight and align strategies with company objectives. • Consistently review partnership workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhanced efficiency. • Remain up to date with industry trends to improve the quality of the educational partnerships sourced and secured.
Instructional Designer

• Collaborate with curriculum writers, SMEs, and the instructional design team to design, develop, and implement engaging instructional materials, courses, and programs. • Apply established instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, backward design) to support alignment between learning objectives, activities, and assessments. • Develop learning activities, assessments, modules, and multimedia content that support learner engagement and knowledge application. • Ensure instructional materials meet accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, Section 508, Universal Design for Learning) and reflect inclusive practices. • Assist in evaluating instructional materials for effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data. • Provide training, resources, and guidance to instructors and staff on instructional technologies and best practices in teaching and learning.
Payroll – HR Coordinator

• Supports daily Human Resources administrative operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance. • Ensures all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with labor laws and managing essential personnel data. • Provides accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system. • Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. • Prepares required tax filings and other reporting for review by the Director of Finance and Accounting. • Supports new hire onboarding and offboarding processes. • Coordinates background checks, I-9s, and required documentation. • Responds to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Assists Finance and Accounting with annual financial audits, workers’ compensation audits, and payroll-related reconciliations.
Payroll Administrator

• Process multi-state payroll and maintain working knowledge of FLSA and multi-state overtime rules. • Maintain multi-state payroll tax codes; coordinate updates and troubleshooting with Paylocity. • Download and maintain payroll reports, payroll GL, quarterly tax reports, W-2s, and 1099s; ensure all payroll records are audit-ready. • Assist the Director of Finance & Accounting with the annual financial audit and workers’ compensation audit for payroll-related items. • Verify employee hours, rates, earnings, and deductions. • Generate and maintain payroll reports, GL reports, and quarterly tax summaries. • Prepare year-end documents including W-2s, 1099s, and ACA reporting.
Recruitment Outreach Coordinator

• Identify and secure partnerships with organizations willing to help recruit Futuro Health scholars. • Research and evaluate potential partner organizations—including nonprofits, workforce boards, schools, employers, and community groups—to determine alignment with Futuro Health’s mission and target scholar populations. • Initiate contact and build strategic relationships to support recruitment pipelines, ensuring partners understand program benefits and engagement expectations. • Develop and maintain a partnership portfolio, documenting outreach, engagement levels, and partnership impact. • Make initial outreach via phone and email to introduce Futuro Health and provide recruiting materials for them to distribute. • Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to various audiences, conveying Futuro Health’s value proposition clearly and professionally. • Conduct introductory calls and send outreach emails to key contacts, providing digital or physical resources to support scholar recruitment. • Follow up consistently to nurture interest and encourage partners to actively share opportunities with their networks. • Schedule in-person meetings when appropriate to introduce Futuro Health and provide recruiting materials for them to distribute. • Coordinate and conduct meetings with community leaders, educators, career advisors, employers, and other stakeholders to build awareness and trust. • Present program offerings, scholarship pathways, and partnership opportunities in a clear and engaging manner. • Research community events in target regions and secure spots for Recruitment Specialists to have tables showcasing Futuro Health’s training opportunities. • Identify high-impact events such as job fairs, community festivals, college resource days, workforce summits, and health fairs. • Evaluate each event’s audience demographics and alignment with recruitment goals before securing participation. • Manage booth registration, logistics, and necessary materials to ensure successful representation by the Recruitment team. • Build relationships with community organizations to expand recruitment channels. • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and employer responses in CRM systems. • Use data to prioritize outreach efforts and support long-term partner relationship management.
