• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users. • Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. • Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients through the implementation process. • Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services resources. • Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training. • Basic project management tasks including the following: creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership in order to keep the project within defined scope and timeline.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
  • 2+ Years of experience as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization target
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and availability for travel (up to 40%) to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer
  • Self-motivated and perform independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly, delivering highly complex information in a polished, precise and compelling manner
  • Effectively collaborates, readily involving others when necessary to successfully accomplish individual and group goals
  • Time management skills
  • Solution-focused while putting the Customer experience first
  • Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software a plus
  • Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required

Role Description The Implementation Consultant - Incident Reporting (Canada) configures, optimizes, and launches First Due’s Incident Reporting module for Canadian Fire and EMS agencies across the Canada Practice’s Essentials, Core, and Enterprise tiers. This role pairs with Canadian Implementation Managers to deliver incident-reporting implementations that meet provincial reporting requirements and First Due delivery standards.
