Role Description Peppermint Robotics is on the hunt for passionate Staff Software Architects who are eager to join a global team, working remotely or in a hybrid setup, to create top-tier robotics software. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and guiding Peppermint's end-to-end software architecture across robotics, cloud, and fleet systems, while partnering closely with engineering, product, and hardware teams to support scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. - Design and implement production-grade software systems for real-world robots. - Contribute across the robotics stack - autonomy, planning, systems architecture, cloud connectivity. - Collaborate with on-site teams across hardware, deployment, and QA to build reliable systems. - Mentor and support engineering practices in a fast-growing robotics environment. - Lead technical decisions, write clean, scalable code, and push for long-term maintainability. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building software for mobile robots, AMRs, or industrial robotics platforms. - Strong proficiency in C++ and Python with deep ROS/ROS2 experience. - Experience scaling robotics software from prototype to production across multiple deployments. Requirements - Not Required, but a Big Plus: Familiarity with cloud integrations, OTA deployments, or having led engineering teams. - Fluent in Hindi. Role Description Provide administrative and operational support to the Peppermint USA team, with a focus on finance coordination, HR support, data management, and process automation. This role helps ensure day-to-day business operations run efficiently by supporting internal workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in building scalable systems. - Support administrative operations, including invoice submission, tracking, and coordination with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing. - Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding support, documentation, tracking employee information, and maintaining compliance with internal policies. - Help build and maintain automation workflows (e.g., Zoho, reporting tools) to improve efficiency across operations, deployments, and internal processes. - Collect and consolidate data from multiple systems and sources to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making. - Track and follow up on requests across teams (finance, operations, HR, vendors) to ensure timely completion and communication. - Organize and transform data into clear, actionable reports (primarily in Excel or similar tools) for leadership visibility. - Monitor data for trends and insights to support operational improvements. - Process administrative reports, including expense reports, internal tracking reports, and deployment-related documentation. - Maintain accuracy across multiple systems and records while managing competing priorities. - Support additional administrative and operational initiatives as needed. Qualifications - Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented. - Good team player, with both coworkers and those in operations. - Maintain professionalism in all interactions. - Fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office and similar programs. - Ability to effectively engage with customers using proper telephone etiquette. - Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify position requirements and hiring criteria for open positions. Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to showcase quantifiable results.
