• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent health food retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners. • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings. • Respond to customer inquiries, product questions, and business needs promptly and professionally. • Support customers with promotional planning, product recommendations, and merchandising opportunities. • Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities for increased engagement. • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within underserved markets and emerging territories. • Possible attendance at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as mutually agreed upon. • Develop and grow relationships within healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and wellness clinics. • Promote practitioner-focused products, educational resources, and programs. • Build long-term partnerships that support patient outcomes and practice growth. • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM systems. • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Provide regular territory updates. • Participate in periodic product training, sales meetings, and business development discussions to stay current on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience within the natural health products, supplement, pharmacy, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and natural products.
  • Knowledge of independent retail environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, and wellness clinics.
  • Experience managing a territory or national account portfolio.
  • Existing relationships within the Canadian natural health products industry, including independent retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.
