• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews. • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. • Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires. • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. • Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. • Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform. • Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently. • Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. • Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management. • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. • Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously.

Job Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates.
  • Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent.
  • Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
  • 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to assess candidate fit.
  • Committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
