PLACE
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews. • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. • Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires. • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. • Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. • Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform. • Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently. • Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. • Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management. • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. • Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates.
- Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day.
- Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent.
- Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.

• Identify, recruit, contract, credential, and maintain relationships with physicians and advanced practice professionals • Ensure R3’s Clinician Panel meets service demands, clinical quality standards, and client requirements • Complete initial web-based reviews of candidate credentials and background for baseline qualifications • Conduct phone and/or video interviews to assess clinical qualifications, experience, quality, and panel fit using R3’s guidelines • Present opportunities to candidates clearly, including role expectations and service models • Maintain an active candidate pipeline through timely follow-up via email and phone • Negotiate compensation rates according to clinician specialty and within R3’s guidelines • Draft provider contracts using company templates and coordinate the execution using web-based signature tools • Save fully executed contracts in the applicant tracking system and notify internal network operations teams • Maintain accurate candidate tracking data, including interviews, decisions, declines, and disposition reasons • Respond to clinician inquiries related to contracting terms and onboarding processes • Identify and source physicians and advanced practice professionals using creative and effective recruitment strategies
