Role Description To strengthen our Electrophysiology (EP) Clinical Affairs team, we are recruiting an EP Field Clinical Specialist (Europe). As an EP Field Clinical Specialist, you will support clinical research across Europe, working closely with clinical sites, physicians, and research teams. This field‑based position is ideal for someone passionate about electrophysiology and clinical excellence, who thrives in a dynamic and international environment. You will act as a trusted technical and clinical expert, contributing to high‑quality study execution and patient outcomes. This role is remote within Europe and requires travel up to 75% during active clinical trial enrollment periods. - Support clinical trial procedures and patient enrollment activities within the EP therapy area - Act as an expert in EP technologies, clinical protocols, and study procedures for sites and stakeholders - Build strong relationships with clinical sites and support site start‑up, qualification, and enrollment strategies - Identify challenges, implement solutions, and provide feedback to optimize study progress and patient safety - Train and support clinical staff on protocols, product use, and best practices - Collaborate with Clinical Scientists, study teams, and cross‑functional partners to improve study design and execution - Contribute to product troubleshooting, education initiatives, and sharing best practices across regions Qualifications - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in cardiology, healthcare, or clinical research - 2–3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, ideally in a clinical or field‑based role - Strong knowledge of EP lab procedures and clinical workflows - Experience in clinical trials or research support is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English - Willingness to travel up to 75% across Europe Benefits - A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for continuous learning and career development - A dynamic, international work environment - Exposure to cutting‑edge medical technologies - A collaborative culture focused on innovation and excellence
