• Live-Unterricht & Praxisvermittlung: Du gestaltest interaktive Online-Live-Sessions und vermittelst Fachwissen aus dem digitalen Arbeitsalltag – insbesondere in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Data-Driven Marketing, Low-Code-Automatisierung, KI-gestützte Use Cases und agiles Projektmanagement. • Curriculum-Umsetzung & Didaktik: Du bereitest Inhalte entlang vorgegebener Module methodisch sinnvoll auf – von Kick-off und Tool-Einführung über KPI-Logiken und Dashboards bis hin zu Automationsprojekten und agilen Arbeitsweisen. • Vermittlung aktueller Fachthemen: Du erklärst praxisnah Themen wie Tracking, Controlling, Datenanalyse, Dashboards, datenbasierte Optimierung, SCRUM, cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit, Prompting, Predictive Analytics, RPA, NLP und Personalisierung. • Projektorientiertes Lernen & Prüfungsvorbereitung: Du begleitest unsere Teilnehmer bei Daten- und Automationsprojekten, unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung auf Prüfungen und hilfst dabei, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und anwendungsnah zu strukturieren. • Qualitätssicherung & Feedback: Du gibst didaktisches und inhaltliches Feedback zurück, wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lehrformate mit und gestaltest unsere digitalen Lernprozesse aktiv mit. • Zusammenarbeit im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg aus dem Dozent zusammen, tauschst Wissen aus und trägst dazu bei, eine starke und moderne Lernumgebung aufzubauen.

Job Requirements

  • Praxis in Datenanalyse, Automation oder agilem Projektmanagement: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren dieser Bereiche und kannst die Verbindung zwischen Daten, Technologie und Marketing verständlich vermitteln.
  • Fachliche Sicherheit in den Modulthemen: Du kannst Themen wie KPIs, Dashboards, Tracking, Controlling, SCRUM, Low-Code-Automatisierung, KI-Use-Cases und datengetriebene Optimierung sicher und praxisnah erklären.
  • Didaktisches Gespür: Du erklärst strukturiert, motivierend und verständlich – auch für Einsteiger und heterogene Gruppen.
  • Digitale Affinität: Du fühlst Dich in virtuellen Klassenräumen wohl, nutzt digitale Tools souverän und bist offen für moderne Lernformate.
  • Haltung & Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, wertschätzend und klar – und möchtest Deine Erfahrung an Menschen weitergeben, die beruflich neu durchstarten wollen.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau; Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Zertifizierte pädagogische Eignung & Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung mit, verfügst über fundierte fachliche Expertise in Deinem Themenbereich und hast idealerweise Deine pädagogische Eignung durch eine IHK-zertifizierte Ausbildung (z. B. AEVO-Schein) nachgewiesen.
