Senior People Technology Integration Specialist
HighLevel
• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations across the People Technology ecosystem. • Act as the technical backbone of interoperability between Darwinbox and external platforms while ensuring clean data flow, schema governance, and operational continuity. • Define integration architecture across the People Technology ecosystem connecting various systems. • Own field-level mapping and schema documentation for all integrated systems. • Manage Darwinbox APIs, webhooks, and data feed configurations for secure data transformations. • Monitor daily integration syncs and investigate integration failures for resolution. • Maintain integration documentation and enable cross-functional knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HRIS integrations, People systems architecture, or payroll ecosystem integrations.
- Hands-on experience working with Darwinbox APIs, data extracts, integration schemas, and lifecycle changes.
- Experience integrating with payroll, IT, Finance platforms with understanding of GL logic, cost allocation, and statistical feeds.
- Strong capability in designing field mappings, transformation logic, schema validation, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITGC, audit compliance, access governance, and integration change control practices.

• Manage internal tools, accounts, documents, calendars, hiring systems, and team processes. • Keep employee, contractor, HR, payroll, leave, and policy records organized and up to date. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documents, tool access, introductions, training materials, and access removal. • Create and maintain simple documentation, checklists, SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal process notes. • Manage tool access across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GitHub, Figma, HubSpot, Stripe, password managers, AI tools, and other software. • Support team members, candidates, founders, and external partners with scheduling, follow-ups, admin tasks, and coordination. • Use AI tools to draft documentation, summarize information, create templates, and improve recurring workflows. • Stay flexible and take on additional responsibilities as the role and company needs evolve.
