• Investigating customer-reported issues through Intercom and internal tools. • Reproducing bugs and identifying whether issues are isolated, reproducible, or part of broader product problems. • Working with developers to document and escalate reproducible issues clearly. • Testing newly released product changes and validating bug fixes. • Identifying regressions and unexpected behavior after deployments. • Writing and improving knowledge base articles and customer help documentation. • Creating onboarding resources and product walkthroughs. • Monitoring recurring customer issues and identifying patterns. • Helping improve customer onboarding, retention, and overall product experience. • Using AI tools heavily to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, research, issue summaries, QA validation, and operational workflows. • Building or improving automations to reduce repetitive support and operational work. • Working with tools such as Intercom, Slack, Stripe, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Notion, Chrome DevTools, and modern SaaS dashboards. • Working with APIs, browser debugging tools, automation platforms, scripts, and technical workflows as needed to investigate and validate issues more effectively.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels, including content, SEO, email, paid ads, social media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels. • Writing landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, social posts, ad copy, video scripts, product messaging, and other marketing assets that drive action. • Improving website and funnel conversion through better messaging, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and follow-up flows. • Researching customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to find practical growth opportunities. • Building and growing audiences across platforms where our customers spend time. • Running experiments quickly, then using data to decide what to double down on, change, or stop. • Tracking marketing performance and reporting clearly on what is working, what is not working, and what should happen next. • Working with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and user acquisition for newly acquired products. • Using AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, ideation, analysis, and speed — while still maintaining quality and judgment.
• Generating high-quality video content using top-level AI tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, and other emerging AI video platforms. • Creating and posting engaging social media content across platforms – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed. • Staying on top of the rapidly evolving AI video landscape – learning new tools as they launch and figuring out how to get the best results from each one. • Developing content calendars, writing captions, and managing posting schedules across multiple product accounts. • Tracking what performs well and iterating quickly – experimenting with different formats, styles, and trends to maximize engagement and reach. • Building and growing audiences across platforms – identifying where our customers spend their time and meeting them there. • Working directly with founders and operators on content strategy and creative direction for newly acquired products. • Experimenting constantly – testing new AI tools, formats, hooks, and creative approaches to find what drives growth for each product in our portfolio.

• Building, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications across a portfolio of small internet businesses and apps. • Improving existing codebases, UX, onboarding flows, and monetization. • Shipping fast experiments across product and growth – you’ll own features end-to-end from idea to production. • Making product decisions alongside engineering ones. • Working directly with founders on product strategy, technical architecture, and scaling decisions. • Identifying growth opportunities through data and user behavior, and building the features and infrastructure to capture them.
