• Design and improve accounting structures, chart of accounts, reporting lines, and internal accounts for existing businesses, new entities, and acquired companies. • Set up and clean up books for new or early-stage companies, including making sure each business line can be understood separately. • Build useful profit and loss reporting by company, app, and business line, including revenue, costs, CAC/LTV, ROI, allocations, and performance trends where relevant. • Run and improve close, reconciliations, intercompany balances, recharges, allocations, documentation, and recurring reporting across multiple entities. • Investigate accounting problems where the numbers do not add up: misallocated expenses, missing records, unusual transactions, and occasionally potential fraud. • Support acquisition work: target analysis, diligence, seller number verification, scenario modeling, and post-acquisition performance tracking. • Coordinate with bookkeepers, accountants, tax advisors, and operating teams so the finance function becomes reliable without constant founder involvement. • Stay across company maintenance, compliance, tax efficiency, entity structure, and advisor follow-through, especially for US-facing work. • Find practical ways to save money, improve financial strategy, reduce administrative load, and increase profits through better information and better structure. • Use QuickBooks, Xero, spreadsheets, Google Drive records, bank statements, and AI tools to reconcile, analyze, document, and improve the finance function. • Stay flexible and take on additional responsibilities as the role and company needs evolve.

• Help bring more users to mobile apps through content, app store optimization, partnerships, influencer outreach, paid marketing support, landing pages, email, and experiments across different channels • Grow mobile apps by increasing downloads, active users, retention, revenue, and profit • Research users, competitors, keywords, creators, communities, and customer feedback to find growth opportunities • Turn growth ideas into simple, trackable experiments across organic, paid, social, app store, partnership, email, and other channels • Support app store optimization to improve visibility, conversion rates, rankings, downloads, and revenue • Create marketing copy, content ideas, ad concepts, landing page copy, outreach messages, and campaign briefs that help acquire users • Create and test promotional content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms to drive app installs, engagement, and profitable user growth • Support influencer, affiliate, partnership, and paid marketing campaigns focused on profitable user growth • Use analytics, app store data, ad platform data, customer feedback, and AI tools to understand performance and recommend what to do next • Take on additional growth, marketing, research, creative, analytics, or operational responsibilities that help the apps get more users and become more profitable

• Manage internal tools, accounts, documents, calendars, hiring systems, and team processes. • Keep employee, contractor, HR, payroll, leave, and policy records organized and up to date. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documents, tool access, introductions, training materials, and access removal. • Create and maintain simple documentation, checklists, SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal process notes. • Manage tool access across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GitHub, Figma, HubSpot, Stripe, password managers, AI tools, and other software. • Support team members, candidates, founders, and external partners with scheduling, follow-ups, admin tasks, and coordination. • Use AI tools to draft documentation, summarize information, create templates, and improve recurring workflows. • Stay flexible and take on additional responsibilities as the role and company needs evolve.

• Investigating customer-reported issues through Intercom and internal tools. • Reproducing bugs and identifying whether issues are isolated, reproducible, or part of broader product problems. • Working with developers to document and escalate reproducible issues clearly. • Testing newly released product changes and validating bug fixes. • Identifying regressions and unexpected behavior after deployments. • Writing and improving knowledge base articles and customer help documentation. • Creating onboarding resources and product walkthroughs. • Monitoring recurring customer issues and identifying patterns. • Helping improve customer onboarding, retention, and overall product experience. • Using AI tools heavily to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, research, issue summaries, QA validation, and operational workflows. • Building or improving automations to reduce repetitive support and operational work. • Working with tools such as Intercom, Slack, Stripe, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Notion, Chrome DevTools, and modern SaaS dashboards. • Working with APIs, browser debugging tools, automation platforms, scripts, and technical workflows as needed to investigate and validate issues more effectively.

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels, including content, SEO, email, paid ads, social media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels. • Writing landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, social posts, ad copy, video scripts, product messaging, and other marketing assets that drive action. • Improving website and funnel conversion through better messaging, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and follow-up flows. • Researching customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to find practical growth opportunities. • Building and growing audiences across platforms where our customers spend time. • Running experiments quickly, then using data to decide what to double down on, change, or stop. • Tracking marketing performance and reporting clearly on what is working, what is not working, and what should happen next. • Working with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and user acquisition for newly acquired products. • Using AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, ideation, analysis, and speed — while still maintaining quality and judgment.

• Generating high-quality video content using top-level AI tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, and other emerging AI video platforms. • Creating and posting engaging social media content across platforms – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed. • Staying on top of the rapidly evolving AI video landscape – learning new tools as they launch and figuring out how to get the best results from each one. • Developing content calendars, writing captions, and managing posting schedules across multiple product accounts. • Tracking what performs well and iterating quickly – experimenting with different formats, styles, and trends to maximize engagement and reach. • Building and growing audiences across platforms – identifying where our customers spend their time and meeting them there. • Working directly with founders and operators on content strategy and creative direction for newly acquired products. • Experimenting constantly – testing new AI tools, formats, hooks, and creative approaches to find what drives growth for each product in our portfolio.
