• Gathering and securing specifications from architects and designers to expand market awareness of the Richelieu brand and increase sales • Coordinating many aspects of a project from specification phase to sharing sales opportunities with sales representatives for closing the sale • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with architects and designers • Scheduling and holding face-to-face as well as virtual meetings with new and existing clients • Gathering and securing specifications in the product categories including decorative hardware, lighting, sliding door hardware, laminate, solid surface, quartz, and premium panels • Identifying and analyzing past specification patterns of current accounts • Providing educational training on products and industry developments to the A&D community • Providing a state-of-the-art customer service experience • Staying up to date with Richelieu’s product offerings and market conditions • Utilizing available sales support applications and systems, especially with proficient and consistent use of CRM
