Role Description As an Account Executive you will play an essential role in Showpad as you will have a massive impact on its growth. Our sales team shares the Showpad success story with organizations around the world and helps them understand the value Showpad offers to align Sales and Marketing. With an extra Account Executive, Showpad can grow even faster and stronger! - You are a true Hunter with a desire to take a strategic and hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline generation. - Able to proactively implement a strategy to your sales approach. - Be a consultant, advisor and a natural at gaining insights into your prospects pains. - Demonstrate the value of our Showpad solution that is aligned to your prospects goals. - Utilise the support around you and involve our Business Development Reps, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, and Post-Sales Support to team-sell your way to winning new logos. - Understand what Senior Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams priorities are and how to align Showpad with their needs. - Be successful at selling into a variety of lines of business and comfortable selling at C level. - Understand how to sell to all levels of a company, end users to C level. - Negotiate with strong pricing discipline and defend with value. - Watch your prospects become real Showpad fans rather than just customers. Qualifications - Native German speaker (essential - you will be selling directly into the DACH market). - Min 5 years experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises. - A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. - A willingness to prospect strategic decision makers and executives. - Startup DNA. - Outstanding communication skills. - Experience with CRM (Salesforce would be great!). - Passion for life and the Showpad product. - The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company. - The will to have a maximum impact on Showpad. - The desire to work in an amazing team. - Some formal sales training (Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, etc.). - Sales or Marketing Technology sales experience preferred. Account Executive

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referral generation, networking, and lead follow-up. • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and stakeholder priorities. • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing or similar frameworks. • Develop and present proposals, including ROI models and solution overviews, that align with customer objectives and Integris service offerings. • Partner with CX and internal teams to scope and price tailored technology solutions. • Own the sales process from initial contact through close, with consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle. • Accurately track all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activity in ConnectWise or other CRM platforms. • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness and stay current on product knowledge. • Maintain professional expertise by studying industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads no cold list dialing • Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans • Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more) • Present financing options and close deals • Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
