LaserAway

• Develop, facilitate, and reinforce sales training programs for Remote Sales organization • Analyze training effectiveness and sales performance trends • Support onboarding and ongoing development initiatives through virtual facilitation, coaching, and content creation • Partner closely with Remote Sales leadership to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities • Design and develop scalable sales training materials and resources • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting

• Ensure clinic compliance with best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) relating to inventory handling, storage and discrepancy tickets. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by working with staff in clinics, warehouses, and the Inventory team. • Monitor department inbox for all vendor invoices as shipments occur. • Input inventory data into inventory management systems or ERP platforms with high accuracy. • Check all tracking numbers to ensure purchased product was delivered and checked in within clinic. • Follow up weekly with stores to check in all outstanding dashboard items. • Manage communication on back-end transfers between clinics. • Assist with month end inventory reconciliation & cycle count audit follow up. • Provide additional support as needed to the department as needed.

• Manage all aspects of the company's fixed asset accounting processes • Ensure accurate GL coding and timely subledger reconciliations • Collaborate with operations, development, and expansion teams • Organize and code WIP additions and deletions • Monitor and validate WIP aging and identify items ready for capitalization • Assist with data preparation for property tax filings • Prepare monthly accrual journal entries and reconciliations

• Provide Good Faith Exams for patients in states where licensed and in accordance with our protocols. • Sending in Prescriptions per protocol under our Medical Directors. • Apply for licensure in states assigned by Senior Director. • Fielding 8x8 calls from sales and patients. • Answer Slack posts on #remotemedical #remotesales #medical2 #gfe-and-va-team channels. • Complete 5 Medallia responses each shift.

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads no cold list dialing • Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans • Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more) • Present financing options and close deals • Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations • Use phone or video calls to educate prospective customers on LaserAway's treatments, tailoring recommendations to meet their aesthetic goals • Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships • Deliver professional and compelling presentations of LaserAway's services • Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling • Educate customers on financing options, guiding them through payment plans • Partner with internal teams to address disputes and ensure satisfaction • Collaborate with medical professionals to uphold LaserAway's protocols
