Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of relevant agency experience in experiential, sports, entertainment, or culture
- Proven track record managing and growing client accounts, delivering large scale integrated projects from concept through execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, with strong mentorship and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of the experiential landscape, with a passion for creator led activations and music talent experiences
- Previous experience working with integrated internal and external agency teams
- Ability to deliver strong results across budgets both large scale and small scale, including $100K programs with limited resources
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of navigating fast paced environments
- Solution oriented mindset with ability to manage client challenges and complex scenarios
- Entrepreneurial drive with eagerness to build business from the ground up and contribute to agency growth
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets across a wide range of scales
