Reporting to the Training and Certification Development Senior Manager, we’re seeking a customer-centric Learning Architect to help us build the future of identity security education. You’ll be responsible for developing deep technical domain knowledge and scaling it as you develop role-based, user-centric training and certification programs. As a Learning Architect, you’ll own the roadmap and development for one or more of our role-based training and certification paths, including a deep understanding of the skills and competencies identity security professionals need to drive success of identity security programs for SailPoint’s customers. As an integral part of the learning development process, you'll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Learning Experience Operations, Training Delivery and GTM teams to deliver effective, high-quality, role-based identity security training that helps learners succeed on the job. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain deep domain and product knowledge across the identity security industry and SailPoint’s SaaS and on-premises solutions. · Define and execute the vision and roadmap for your role-based training path(s), reflecting customer and learner feedback, market trends, and business priorities in partnership with the Program Manager. · Transform existing product-focused training content into role-based training content aligning to business objectives and customer expectations. · Identify role-based training objectives as well as translate those objectives into clear, holistic learning strategies. · Build deep empathy for our learners and customers, understanding their knowledge gaps and learning journey, and validate plans to evolve our training programs. · Write outlines, scripts, storyboards, assessments, learner-centric questions, and learning activities adhering to the Education team’s branding, technical writing standards, and guidelines. · Continuously improve training content and monitor accuracy and efficacy using learning feedback, performance data, and business / customer needs. · Effectively collaborate with Training and Certification Program Managers, Certification Developers, SMEs, LX Ops, GTM, and Training Delivery teams to ensure successful content launches and training utilization. · Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for your role-based training path(s) and learner personas internally and externally. · Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing, developing new skills, and supporting continuous innovation in content development. • A Training Specialist is a dynamic online facilitator responsible for conceptualizing and organizing training courses for Virtual Assistants to ensure that soft skills and product knowledge are learned prior to being paired with a client. • The Training Specialist will lead all training classes and oversee the VAs learning progress through virtual activities such as virtual tests and class discussions. • Training Delivery • Classroom Management • Performance Management which includes coaching sessions with the VAs • Assist and contribute to training needs analysis, creating and updating training materials • Reinforce policies and procedures • Interdepartmental communication and collaboration • Administrative tasks (learning management system, onboarding and off boarding)

• Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators • Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules • Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation • Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed • Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting • Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through: NCCER and Pearson • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes • Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve

• Learn and become internally certified to lead 1-2 standard introductory product workshops during your first ~month • Deliver our high quality, standard earning experiences in-person and/or virtually for diverse groups of participants on a project-to-project basis, choosing the specific projects that align to your availability, interests, and expertise (available project work will range from ~10-30 hours per week, highly dependent on seasonal demand) • Design occasional custom learning experiences for educators, leaders, and other stakeholders in K12 school systems nationwide • Lend subject-matter expertise in K12 education to Panorama clients, specifically in domains such as Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Social-Emotional Learning, School Climate and Culture, Equity and Inclusion, and/or other domains to specific professional learning engagements • Create and deliver experiences, resources and tools that move Panorama users from seeing data to acting on it
