• Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators • Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules • Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation • Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed • Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting • Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through: NCCER and Pearson • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes • Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve

• Learn and become internally certified to lead 1-2 standard introductory product workshops during your first ~month • Deliver our high quality, standard earning experiences in-person and/or virtually for diverse groups of participants on a project-to-project basis, choosing the specific projects that align to your availability, interests, and expertise (available project work will range from ~10-30 hours per week, highly dependent on seasonal demand) • Design occasional custom learning experiences for educators, leaders, and other stakeholders in K12 school systems nationwide • Lend subject-matter expertise in K12 education to Panorama clients, specifically in domains such as Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Social-Emotional Learning, School Climate and Culture, Equity and Inclusion, and/or other domains to specific professional learning engagements • Create and deliver experiences, resources and tools that move Panorama users from seeing data to acting on it

• Manage the learning through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning • Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered • Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training • Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverables with strategic business needs • Assess performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness • Work with managers to support trainees' transfer of learning to the workplace • Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience • Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy • Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience • Participate with the global L&D team in development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions • Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum • Determine audience needs and flex program delivery to be most effective, training sessions, self-paced, hands-on application

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality clinical training programs for new and established users of our aesthetic laser devices across various EMEA markets. • Ensure all training activities adhere to the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and clinical best practices. • Provide advanced, specialized training, particularly for complex technologies such as Fractional Ablative Lasers, to elevate the expertise of practitioners. • Act as the primary clinical resource and mentor for regional distributors and subsidiary clinical trainers. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and penetration in key EMEA territories. • Represent the company at regional industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events, providing clinical presentations and demonstrations. • Contributes to the creation and localization of clinical training materials, protocols, and educational resources. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic laser market, competitor products, and relevant clinical literature.
