Program Management: - Oversee the program lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes. - Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. - Coordinate resources, including internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors, to ensure effective and efficient project execution. - Monitor and report on program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including engineering specifications, test plans, and project plans. Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. - Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and other departments (e.g., product management, operations, quality control) to ensure seamless communication and project success. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, design objectives, and expectations. - Ensure that engineering teams adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and best practices in electrical engineering. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: - Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure electrical systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. - Conduct root cause analysis and provide corrective actions for any technical issues that arise during design, manufacturing, or deployment. - Identify opportunities for process improvements in both electrical engineering practices and program management workflows. - Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and industry standards in electrical engineering to ensure the team’s work remains at the forefront of innovation.
