Ensure quality and compliance of information systems by developing QA plans, executing comprehensive testing, and validating system changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and user confidence in technology services.

• Lead initiatives that shape and sustain a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace. • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, driving employee experience, relations, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives. • Design and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement, trust, communication, belonging, and retention. • Guide the organization as an internal DEI expert, advising on inclusive practices and leading DEI strategy development. • Serve as trusted advisor on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and organizational change.

• Support in the administration and billing reconciliation of company benefit plans • Enrolls and terminates employees in all company offered benefit plans • Assists employees with benefit related questions and issues and responds by e-mail, phone and personal meetings within 24 hours of the employee’s inquiry • Provides educational training to employees and managers regarding benefits programs • Serves as a contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators from a billing and compliance perspectives • Review and reconcile monthly billing invoices for accuracy, documents necessary adjustments • Prepares regular benefit reports by extracting data from human capital management (HCM) system • Supports benefits open enrollment period
