The Opportunity This position is a Regional Markets Financial Director (FD) reporting to the Vice President of Billing, Eligibility and Group Operations for our Regional Markets client block of business. The position will work closely with the VP to develop and implement strategies to ensure revenue, earnings, customer, and financial goals are met. The position will lead projects and initiatives across the organization in a highly effective and efficient manner. The position will collaborate with all organizations that impact financial services to ensure alignment of goals and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead a team of Financial Managers overseeing billing, financial analysis, reporting, and performance across Regional Market customers - Partner with Sales and Client Services to meet customer expectations and drive performance, acting as an escalation point for key stakeholders - Own financial reporting and forecasting, including revenue projections, earnings analysis, executive summaries, and board reporting - Drive process improvements, change initiatives, and audit/compliance adherence while enhancing efficiency through data and trend analysis - Build strong cross-functional relationships, oversee year-end reporting, approve key financial requests, and ensure high-quality customer and team outcomes Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of financial/billing expertise and large team leadership experience - Strong understanding of financial operations, employee benefits, and ability to manage complex, technical financial tasks - Proven ability to streamline processes, navigate ambiguity, and work independently with a growth mindset - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience with senior executives - Strong relationship builder who fosters collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications - Self-motivated professional with strong ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and work independently - Demonstrates deep business and product knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and align client needs with company capabilities - Collaborative and proactive leader who drives change, delivers solutions, supports training, and develops talent The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
