Role Description We are in search of a Strategic Client Director to be part of our exciting team in the Netherlands. This position is responsible for new account development and growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory. - Join the exciting world of technology where innovation is a key focus. - Work to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle’s revolutionary Applications, OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud. - Achieve or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products. - Value collaboration and give back by mentoring and coaching other team members. - Responsible for the territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory. - Coordinate with other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies. - Help identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications. - Become a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers. - Track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts. - Follow all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit. - Travel as required, as this role may be a virtual position. Qualifications - Experience contributing individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others to drive success. - Significant experience in selling Cloud technologies and business Applications. - Experience as a Strategic Account Director in developing and executing territory and account plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets in assigned regions. - Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. - Experience in cultivating relationships with key customer influencers and decision makers. - Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to effectively pursue and close sales opportunities while aligning with company strategies and programs. - Excel in collaborative, team-oriented settings. - Commitment to continuous learning. - Communicate with confidence and authenticity. - Speak Dutch and English.
