Senior QA Engineer – Growth, Martech

• Define, plan and implement automated testing strategies (Frontend and Backend) to ensure end-to-end quality across user acquisition journeys; • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from conception (Shift-Left Testing), evaluating architectural requirements and acceptance criteria with a focus on SEO and performance; • Ensure stability of the development pipeline by integrating and maintaining test suites in CI/CD pipelines; • Monitor and validate critical quality and performance metrics (such as Core Web Vitals) that directly impact the organic ranking of the group's brands; • Promote a quality-first culture within the multidisciplinary team, acting as a reference and mentor in QA best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven, solid experience as a QA Engineer / Quality Assurance professional, with a strong focus on test automation;
  • Proficiency with modern frontend and end-to-end automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright or Cypress);
  • Strong experience automating API tests (REST/GraphQL) and testing microservices;
  • Solid experience with integration, contract, regression and smoke testing;
  • Experience integrating tests into Continuous Integration pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins);
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture.
