• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable APIs and microservices to support organic traffic strategies. • Lead architecture and system design discussions focused on operational efficiency and resilience. • Ensure the team's technical quality through code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of best practices. • Collaborate directly within a multidisciplinary team (Product, Data, Marketing, and Engineering).

• Lead the discovery process for opportunities and solutions focused on evolving home pages and advertising spaces, involving engineers, designers, the commercial team and multiple stakeholders; • Identify and validate opportunities for new advertising revenue streams, maximizing the value of inventory without harming the browsing experience; • Balance monetization with the discovery journey, ensuring that ads and content from different business verticals integrate seamlessly; • Stay connected to the advertising market to identify new opportunities, high-impact innovative formats and potential partners to drive revenue growth; • Manage the high competition for screen real estate, aligning interests and prioritizing initiatives that meet company-wide and vertical-specific objectives; • Conduct research, interviews and analysis of high-volume (high-traffic) data to understand user entry behavior and validate the product value proposition; • Plan, execute and measure experiments (A/B tests) on high-traffic pages quickly, validating hypotheses and iterating continuously; • Handle ambiguity and uncertainty, developing agile and adaptable approaches in a high-impact business environment; • Define team objectives and design the roadmap, monitoring development with the squad and ensuring synergy with other teams across the organization; • Run ceremonies for a multidisciplinary squad of developers and designers, ensuring roadmap execution; • Align and negotiate dependencies with other teams and partner areas to ensure successful deliveries; • Keep leadership aligned on deliveries and results, flagging risks and points of attention.

• Define, plan, and implement automated testing strategies (Frontend and Backend) to ensure end-to-end quality across user acquisition journeys; • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from conception (Shift-Left Testing), reviewing architectural requirements and acceptance criteria; • Ensure stability of the development pipeline by integrating and maintaining test suites in CI/CD pipelines; • Monitor and validate critical quality and performance metrics (such as Core Web Vitals) that directly impact the organic ranking of the group's brands; • Promote a culture of quality within the multidisciplinary team, serving as a reference and mentor in QA best practices.

• Perform technical SEO audits on OLX Group websites and digital products, identifying opportunities to improve indexing, crawling, information architecture, performance, rendering and organic user experience. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and SEO Content teams to prioritize, detail and track SEO initiatives in the backlog. • Support the definition of technical SEO requirements for new pages, features, migrations, tests and product updates. • Monitor the organic health of portals by tracking metrics such as traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, average position, index coverage, Core Web Vitals and cluster-based performance. • Analyze the impact of technical implementations, product changes and algorithm updates, linking traffic fluctuations to hypotheses, root causes and opportunities for action. • Produce clear, well-structured technical recommendations on topics such as canonicalization, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, pagination, internal linking, speed, JavaScript rendering and crawl budget. • Support the SEO Content team with technical analyses to help improve the performance of pages, templates and content clusters. • Participate in Product and Engineering ceremonies to advocate SEO priorities based on impact, effort and risk. • Create analyses, reports and executive presentations about organic performance, initiative progress and growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain end-to-end training pipelines, including versioning, testing, and deployment of ML models; • Implement MLOps practices for automation, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production; • Work in partnership with AI Scientists to turn experiments into production-ready solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and deliver high-quality features; • Mentor team members through practices such as pair programming and code reviews; • Restructure and refactor existing systems; • Help design the long-term vision for our technology and new component architectures; • Promote best practices to improve the quality of our code and processes; • Drive technical decisions within the team.

• Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data. • Ensure teams deliver with quality, speed, and alignment with business objectives. • Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Develop and support the growth of team members through frequent feedback and development plans. • Ensure alignment and efficient communication across squads and stakeholders. • Track and evolve engineering metrics (quality, performance, productivity). • Contribute to tribe-level strategic decisions, connecting technology with business impact.

• Maintain a platform that enables all teams within the Group to store their data, transform it, and make it available for consumption, delivering relevant data to other teams and/or end users; • Work on highly scalable, distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance, focused on fast, large-scale processing; • Use modern and open-source technologies; • Maintain and develop a modern data platform.

• You will join the Real Estate team aiming to make the platform a benchmark for advertisers, delivering an efficient and autonomous experience. • Bachelor’s degree completed in Design or related fields. • Previous experience with digital products in web environments and native mobile applications. • Facilitation techniques. • Experience with Figma and design systems. • Experience with user-behavior tools on the platform, such as heatmaps. • Experience conducting usability tests. • Knowledge of business metrics and data analysis.

• Design the strategy and roadmap for evolving ranking rules and monetization products. • Translate complex business objectives into logical requirements for engineering and data teams. • Continuously analyze the performance funnel and the impact that ranking changes have on overall revenue and the sellers ecosystem. • Ensure a culture of experimentation, isolating variables to understand the true impact of each change on visibility and conversion. • Align expectations with stakeholders in commercial, pricing, and operations teams.
