• Define and execute the short- and long-term roadmap for the notifications strategy, balancing business needs with technical excellence; • Establish policies and rules for Notifications and lead governance on this topic across the company; • Create prioritization rules and contact pressure limits to ensure a healthy user experience and avoid notification churn; • Identify channel opportunities to reduce acquisition cost and increase Lifetime Value (LTV), contributing to the development of intelligent engagement journeys; • Monitor critical KPIs such as delivery rate, CTR, attributed conversion, and the impact on notification opt-outs; • Transform the current notifications platform into an intelligent channel orchestrator.

• Prospect new clients and onboard them onto OLX Group's Autos360 platform; • Conduct on-site visits and remote meetings (audio/teleconferences); • Analyze competitors and market trends; • Create business opportunities with prospective clients; • Manage servicing for the entire client portfolio; • Prepare commercial proposals; • Conduct consultative sales to multi-brand car dealerships (B2B model); • Manage opportunities through CRM and drive the sales process from product demonstration to closing; • Maintain relationships with prospective clients and provide insights to the commercial team.

• Lead the Full Product Cycle (Upstream and Downstream): Ensure strategy turns into real delivery by planning, executing, and tracking from Discovery through final deployment, making sure what was planned is delivered with excellence. • Work in a Product Trio (Engineering, Design, and Product): Collaborate closely with Engineering for technical feasibility, Design for user-centered experience, and Product Marketing (PMM) to ensure the value of new features is correctly communicated to the market. • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze funnel and behavioral metrics daily to generate hypotheses and prioritize what truly moves the sales needle. • Execute with Agility: Implement everything from quick validations to A/B testing to validate assumptions quickly, ensuring learning comes before large-scale development. • Map and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify value, feasibility, usability, and business risks to prevent the team from encountering surprises midway. • Manage the Roadmap and Stakeholders: Balance expectations from different business areas with product vision, maintaining a transparent roadmap focused on value. • Refine and Communicate Precisely: Write detailed user stories, manage the backlog with clear prioritization, and keep stakeholders informed about progress, wins, and learnings from each cycle. • Ensure Delivery Quality: Perform constant validations ("is it live?", "is it working as intended?") to ensure the user experience is impeccable after launch. • Drive Business Impact: Ensure deliveries achieve the desired business impact, pivoting when necessary.

• Map the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement • Analyze data from multiple sources (Contact Rate, NPS, churn reasons, and other voices of the customer) to identify the main detractors of the experience • Conduct deep dives into the most significant problems in the user journey, connecting qualitative insights with quantitative metrics and business impact • Act as a customer advocate, influencing Product, Operations, and other teams to incorporate the voice of the customer into strategic decision-making • Monitor the implementation of improvements with responsible teams, ensuring actions deliver measurable results • Collaborate directly with Product and Operations teams on user communication, user experience, data, and customer support • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring alignment and engagement in initiatives
