• Serve as the strategic advisor and trusted partner for Humanity Labs' enterprise wealth management clients • Drive successful adoption and expansion of Digital Workforce managed service • Oversee a portfolio of high-value Wealth Management firm relationships ($5B+ AUM) • Ensure clients achieve desired outcomes and ROI while identifying opportunities to expand delegation of work • Own end-to-end relationships for Wealth Management firms managing $5B-$500B+ in assets • Serve as primary engagement contact and strategic advisor on digital workforce initiatives • Develop account growth strategies that align expansion with client business objectives • Conduct quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI, operational impact, and growth opportunities • Identify and champion client needs internally to inform product roadmap and service enhancements • Drive successful onboarding and adoption of digital workforce solutions across multiple operational functions • Partner with clients to identify high-impact opportunities in client onboarding, tax compliance, wealth planning, and operations • Ensure clients achieve committed ROI targets and operational capacity improvements • Monitor utilization metrics and proactively address adoption barriers or service issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Analysts, Operations & support engineering) to exceed client expectations • Identify and close expansion opportunities • Develop compelling business cases for expansion supported by realized ROI data • Navigate complex buying processes involving C-suite executives, operations leaders, and compliance teams • Generate referenceable clients and case studies that support new business development • Maintain deep understanding of Wealth Management operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and technology ecosystems • Advise clients on best practices for change management, workflow optimization, and team enablement • Stay current on wealth management industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies • Represent client voice in internal strategy discussions and priorities • Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives through thought leadership and strategic guidance.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise account management, client success, or consulting roles
- 5+ years working directly with wealth management firms, RIAs, or financial services technology
- Proven track record managing complex, strategic accounts
- Experience driving adoption of business process automation, workflow solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- History of consistently exceeding retention and expansion revenue targets
- Deep understanding of wealth management operations including client onboarding, account servicing, compliance, and investment operations
- Familiarity with wealth management technology stack (CRMs, custodian platforms, portfolio management systems...)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting Wealth Management (SEC, FINRA, state regulations)
- Understanding of financial services data security, privacy, and compliance considerations
- Executive presence and ability to build C-suite relationships
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
- Consultative selling and value-based account expansion capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Project management expertise to orchestrate complex implementations
- Problem-solving mindset with bias toward client outcomes.
