Turner & Townsend

• Lead development, integration, and management of the Program Master Schedule (PMS) for multi‑billion‑dollar aviation programs • Establish and enforce scheduling standards, procedures, and governance frameworks • Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), critical path evaluation, and probabilistic forecasting • Deliver high‑clarity dashboards, KPIs, and schedule performance narratives for client leadership • Lead and mentor a team of schedulers, analysts, and controls professionals across multiple projects • Drive innovation in project planning and scheduling strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or program management for major capital programs
  • Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or federal infrastructure
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and enterprise scheduling systems
  • Strong command of schedule risk analysis, critical path methodology, and forensic delay analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive‑level stakeholders.
