Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
- Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment
- Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
