Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment
  • Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
