You’ll work with the latest versions of React and Node.js, Scrum teams, and 4B pages to impact! Qualifications - Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent software development-focused program. - Led web application development teams for 2+ years. - Guided scrum-based teams (e.g., as a scrum master, tech lead, or similar) for 2+ years. - Developed full-stack applications for 5+ years using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC/Rails, MySQL, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs. - Demonstrated a passion for building collaborative teams and high-quality software through a team-first leadership approach. - Exhibited excellent project management and communication skills. Role Description This is a contractual role for 11 months. The DLS Case Manager provides case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events. The DLS Case Manager is highly skilled in answering questions, understanding the employee’s situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paves the way for a connected and trusted case management experience. Case Managers are the single point of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event.
