• Develop, optimize, and improve our data systems, including ETL pipelines, storage, and entity resolution • Build infrastructure and data automation pipelines to ingest, process, and load data from various sources • Automate and integrate new components into the data pipeline • Collaborate with stakeholders and data science teams to develop data products, including entity resolution and best selection, to efficiently execute product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals and priorities • Create unit and stress-test components to monitor technical performance and ensure that identified issues are resolved • Develop data analysis tools to provide data insights and capture key metrics • Research solutions and maintain technical documentation • Follow best practices for data governance, quality, cleansing, and other ETL-related activities
• Own and prioritize a data development backlog and project delivery schedule to execute customer-focused roadmap deliverables, serving as Product Owner for an Agile Scrum team responsible for regular data builds that generate high-quality people profiles at scale. • Work closely with developers, analysts, and architects to fully understand available data and define business logic, including cleaning and standardization requirements; lead efforts to evaluate and onboard new external data vendors providing people data and PII. • Conduct and review data analysis, profiling, and mining using traditional statistical techniques to understand and strengthen data capabilities; define what data accuracy means for the company's data products and translate those standards into actionable engineering project plans. • Document requirements by writing user stories that align with product needs; lead the product roadmap for entity resolution improvements using weakly supervised machine learning techniques in collaboration with data science and ML engineering teams. • Collaborate with product and data stakeholders to gather requirements needed to develop aggregated data to support the product suite; lead strategic development and improvement of the batch append product offering. • Define acceptance and data quality criteria and guide the agile Scrum team to meet them; curate data labels and drive their integration into the data build process to systematically improve data product quality.
• Support and enhance the development of payments and fraud KPIs, performance reporting, and post-launch analysis of new payment features and experiments • Write and optimize SQL queries to uncover trends, anomalies and revenue opportunities • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor fraud trends, payment declines, and overall payment health • Provide analytical support to improve fraud detection and decision workflows • Evaluate fraud rule performance, monitor alerts, and recommend data-driven improvements • Conduct fraud trend analysis and recommend mitigation strategies • Analyze payment decline drivers and develop decline salvage and optimization opportunities • Communicate performance insights, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies across teams
• Design and develop robust full-stack solutions • Work in a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals • Mentor and review the code of more junior team members • Embrace software development best practices such as TDD, documentation, design patterns, secure coding, and algorithmic optimization
• Analyze and optimize SEO performance using a variety of tools • Research customer behavior in our data lake using PySpark on Databricks • Develop SEO dashboards in Tableau and ensure accurate reporting • Partner with cross-functional Scrum teams to test and improve SEO strategies • Identify technical SEO opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations • Stay ahead of SEO and GEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies • Communicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders
• Lead and manage data engineers to build data solutions for business intelligence needs • Lead a cross-functional team in building a data analytics platform • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and executives to understand and fulfill data needs • Lead database development, data pipeline, integration, ETL, modeling, and data architecture using AWS technologies • Define and manage SLA’s for all data sets and reporting processes • Develop software engineering best practices and procedures • Document, automate, and enforce data quality, data integrity, and QA best practices

• Own the Technical Side of the Sales Process • Partner closely with Account Executives to support opportunities from early discovery through close • Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer goals, constraints, and success criteria • Conduct live product demonstrations and tailored technical presentations to showcase Spokeo’s offerings • Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects during the evaluation process • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases and business outcomes • Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives • Address security, architecture, and integration questions with confidence and clarity • Recommend and design solutions that meet customer requirements while aligning with product capabilities • Support or lead proofs-of-concept (POC) to validate technical fit and demonstrate value • Contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires • Provide technical guidance that accelerates deal velocity and improves win rates • Enable sales teams with product knowledge, use cases, and competitive positioning • Share field feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and improvements
