Role Description Lead new business development reporting directly to CEO and COO level. - Build and manage a strategic pipeline generating significant revenue growth. - Engage C-suite executives across mid-market and enterprise organisations. - Shape go-to-market strategies for consulting and professional services solutions. - Expand market presence across Finance, HR, Operations and Transformation sectors. Qualifications - 10-15 years of successful sales or business development experience in consulting, professional services, outsourcing, transformation or technology sectors. - Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets. - Proven experience selling services into Shared Services, GBS, Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement or Transformation functions. - Strong experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers. - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements. - Strategic business development and consultative selling expertise. - Excellent pipeline development, forecasting and market analysis skills. - Strong relationship management and networking capabilities. - Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills. - Results-driven execution mindset with commercial acumen. Requirements - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets. - Identify, qualify and secure new client opportunities across target industries and geographies. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear forecasting. - Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation and contract closure. - Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, events and market engagement. - Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders. - Understand client challenges and business objectives to position solutions effectively. - Develop compelling commercial proposals, pricing strategies and business cases. - Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial discussions with key stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities. - Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions. - Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand-building initiatives. - Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform business planning. - Act as a senior ambassador for the consultancy in the marketplace.
