• Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy • Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new markets • Drive commercial performance across direct sales, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing strategy • Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) and market intelligence • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team • Represent Gentex at executive customer engagements, exhibitions, and industry forums

Role Description Be the tip of the spear for our mining vertical. Research mining companies, labs and consultants, reach out to technical contacts, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team. Part-time, remote in Germany. You'll research mining companies, projects, labs and consultants, find the people who feel mineralogy problems most acutely — geologists, metallurgists, process engineers and lab managers — and reach out by phone and email.
