Role Description The Head of TikTok Shop will be responsible for leading and scaling Gymreapers' TikTok Shop business, including revenue growth, profitability, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, livestream commerce, merchandising, promotions, and operational excellence. This role owns the TikTok Shop P&L and is accountable for building a repeatable, scalable engine that drives customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through creator-driven commerce. The ideal candidate has extensive experience growing TikTok Shop businesses, understands the creator ecosystem, and possesses a strong combination of ecommerce, performance marketing, and merchandising expertise. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure TikTok Shop becomes a meaningful contributor to Gymreapers' long-term growth. What You'll Own - Business & Revenue Growth - Own the complete TikTok Shop business and channel P&L. - Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly growth plans. - Build and maintain revenue forecasts. - Drive customer acquisition through affiliate and creator commerce. - Manage channel profitability and contribution margin. - Identify and execute new growth opportunities across the TikTok ecosystem. - Create scalable systems that support long-term growth. - Affiliate Program Development - Build and scale one of the largest affiliate programs in the fitness industry. - Responsibilities include: - Recruiting creators and affiliates at scale. - Developing affiliate segmentation strategies. - Designing commission structures and bonus programs. - Managing product seeding and gifting initiatives. - Creating onboarding and activation workflows. - Building affiliate retention and engagement programs. - Developing incentive programs tied to performance. - Creator categories include: - Fitness - Bodybuilding - Powerlifting - CrossFit - Running - Tactical - Lifestyle - Wellness - Creator Partnerships - Identify and recruit high-performing creators. - Build long-term creator relationships. - Negotiate partnership agreements. - Manage creator campaigns and deliverables. - Develop creator growth programs. - Track creator performance and ROI. - Create systems to scale creator management efficiently. - Livestream Commerce - Own Gymreapers' livestream shopping strategy. - Responsibilities include: - Developing recurring livestream schedules. - Managing brand-hosted and creator-hosted events. - Building livestream playbooks and operating procedures. - Optimizing show formats, scripts, and promotional offers. - Increasing conversion rates and viewer engagement. - Driving incremental revenue through live commerce initiatives. - Merchandising & Product Strategy - Partner closely with Ecommerce and Product teams to optimize the TikTok Shop experience. - Responsibilities include: - Determining which products are best suited for TikTok Shop. - Building channel-specific bundles and offers. - Managing product launches within TikTok Shop. - Optimizing product detail pages and merchandising. - Identifying trending products and opportunities. - Creating promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns. - Content Strategy - Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure content drives conversion. - Responsibilities include: - Identifying high-performing content formats. - Developing creator content briefs. - Supporting UGC acquisition efforts. - Creating content testing frameworks. - Scaling winning creative concepts. - Improving content-to-conversion performance. - Analytics & Reporting - Develop a data-driven operating cadence for TikTok Shop. - Responsibilities include: - Building KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks. - Monitoring creator and affiliate performance. - Analyzing customer acquisition costs. - Measuring profitability by creator and campaign. - Conducting weekly business reviews. - Presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. - Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with: - VP of Ecommerce - Marketing Team - Creative Team - Athlete & Influencer Team - Supply Chain - Operations - Customer Experience - Product Development - Ensure inventory, content, promotions, and creator initiatives are aligned to maximize channel performance. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or marketplace growth. - 3+ years of direct TikTok Shop management experience. - Proven success scaling a TikTok Shop business beyond $10M annually. - Experience managing creator partnerships and affiliate programs. - Experience owning revenue and profitability targets. - Experience managing external agencies and creator networks.
