• Implement, configure new client accounts(websites), and update software according to defined requirements. • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to accomplish project goals. • Work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of software products. • Provide technical support to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation phases. • Manage multiple websites simultaneously. • Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants to understand client requirements and project objectives. • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of software solutions based on client needs. • Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and debugging activities. • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients for successful utilization of software products.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Software configuration for different kinds of clients.
- Strong passion for technology and a genuine interest in software implementation.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience giving support to clients.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Being familiar with server configuration.
- Being familiar with web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP).
- Having knowledge of web development and databases (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL).
- Being familiar with Virtual Machines and VPN connections.
- Candidates must be proactive, responsible and a team player.
