• Conducts prospective student interviews: Matches College benefits to students’ needs by providing accurate information related to all college and program specific information. • Uncovers prospective student motivations and concerns, as well as overcomes objections through problem-solving using a consultative approach. • Maintains consistent contact with prospective students and provides the highest level of customer service. • Effectively uses technology and established business processes; responsible for documenting all student interactions into CRM. • Adheres to all school/company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and compliance regulations. • Demonstrates positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, teamwork, and excellent time management skills. • May work special projects like; prospective student qualification outreach and follow-up or support retention and outreach efforts post-enrollment.

As the Registration and Partnership Coordinator, you are responsible for maintenance and integrity of student records, and for providing excellent customer service. This position will be responsible for managing the Registration inbox, deferment requests, and enrollment verifications. Additionally, you enroll all new students into the first course for the program, process change of start dates and cancellation request. This position is also responsible for processing partnership transcription requests. As well, you ensure all student and partnership transcript orders are processed accurately and within a timely fashion.
As the Associate Registrar, you are an integral member of the College’s Registration team. You are accountable for the scheduling, registration, and enrollment activities/operations for all students in their designated programs. You are also responsible for the student degree progress, maintenance, and integrity of student records, and for providing excellent customer service. You are expected to maintain a deep understanding of the College’s core curriculum and all requirements for graduation and how the College’s courses fit into this progression.
