Job Requirements
- 5–7 years in product operations or program management in a SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on experience with a SDLC tools include Jira and ProductBoard
- Experience owning or improving end-to-end SDLC processes including artifact standards, stage gate compliance, and cross-tool data integrity
- Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks — not just follow them
- Hands-on experience with scripting or workflow automation. Python or JavaScript a plus
- Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders
- Operates with high autonomy

Role Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee and lead multiple SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation initiatives across a portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes across multiple SAP Cloud ERP implementations. This role requires a strategic leader who can align business objectives, implementation teams, and executive stakeholders while ensuring consistency, quality, and value realization throughout the transformation journey. Role Description The Program Manager, Long Haul OSP Deployment is responsible for the successful delivery of long haul fiber deployment programs through direct management of turnkey engineering and construction contractors and oversight of multiple concurrent projects.
