Role Description Zayo is seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Leave of Absence Manager to administer and support the company’s leave of absence programs across the U.S. and Canada. Role Description Zayo is seeking a Network Engineer III - Optical who will be responsible for designing, link engineering and implementing capacity onto the existing DWDM network. Role Description We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data Intelligence team. In this role, you will combine deep telecom data expertise with technical acumen and problem-solving skills to design and deliver high-quality data products that enable our Commercial teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with Commercial Operations, Customer Success and Revenue Retention partners to understand their needs, document requirements, and translate them into scalable data solutions. You’ll also analyze existing processes and data pipelines to identify improvement opportunities — proposing smarter, faster, and more reliable ways to deliver insights that drive network performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in data design, data engineering (ETL/ELT), and business intelligence to develop solutions from beginning to end. Role Description The Design & Implementation Engineer II position is responsible for performing relatively simple tasks with some complexity and diverse circuit design activities. Responsible for managing the network design assignments and rejects for resolution, and is responsible to effectively communicate with internal order management personnel and various internal teams on the progress of the order fulfillment. The Design & Implementation Engineer II is responsible for meeting/exceeding daily and weekly performance targets. Scope: Works under limited supervision both individually and within a team environment. Work is often complex, requiring logical application of knowledge and experience. No direct supervisory responsibility. Performs work in a semi-structured environment. Role Description Zayo is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be primarily responsible for providing coaching and development to Account Executives, and providing technical support throughout the sales process. This includes designing and implementing complex data network solutions for Carrier and Enterprise customers. The Solutions Engineer will play a key role in the growth and expansion of product offerings and services at Zayo.
