• Responsible for successful delivery of multiple complex DERMS projects as an USA/EU Regional Delivery Leader. • Drive thought leadership in DERMS and related areas with our customers and partners worldwide. • Work with Portfolio Leaders regionally to deploy top talent on respective DERMS projects. • Lead and coordinate domain-level technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product line. • Assist pre-sales cycles of DERMS opportunities by engaging effectively with the Sales Teams globally. • Lead regional DERMS teams and ensure technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
Job Requirements
- Strong Utilities Industry Knowledge and DERMS domain expertise
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the software Industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. As GE Vernova is a global organization, working across different time zones, and monitoring, reading and responding to contact outside normal working hours can be expected.
