Job Description

Medical Education Manager – Coronary

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Medical Education programs • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships • Internal and External Stakeholder relationships • Ensuring alignment with the Med Ed strategy and adapts to changes as necessary • Providing guidance and clinical expertise to the Medical Education Support team • Coordinating with peers, and managing vendor relationships • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines • Aligning all programs with the Med Ed strategy and adapting to changes as appropriate • Working with marketing/production to create promotional materials for current and new programs • Maintaining existing programs by metrics and follow-up

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical and/or training experience in Cardiovascular Therapy area preferred or equivalent sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong relationship building abilities necessary to partner with physicians and Internal/External stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
