Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Designer to lead the conceptualization, development, and delivery of innovative tradeshow and experiential environments. This role blends creative design expertise with client-facing presentation skills, requiring someone who can both envision compelling booth experiences and effectively pitch those ideas to win new business. - Design and develop custom tradeshow booths, from initial concept through final production - Create visually engaging, functional, and brand-aligned exhibit designs that meet client objectives and budgets - Present and pitch design concepts to prospective clients, clearly communicating creative vision and strategic value to secure new business - Lead design for program accounts, building strong client relationships, establishing trust over time and understanding business goals - Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless execution - Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development - Establish, follow, and improve internal design processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and meeting deadlines - Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate design output Qualifications - Proven experience in experiential or interior/environmental design with a strong portfolio of executed projects (exhibits, interiors, retail, pop-ups, or environments etc) - Demonstrated success presenting and selling creative concepts to clients - Ability to think across both spatial and graphic design to ensure cohesive experiences - Experience mentoring or leading other designers - Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement - Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., 3DS MAX, Cad, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key Traits - Strategic, creative thinker - Confident and persuasive presenter - Collaborative and supportive team member - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Process-driven with a commitment to quality and consistency

Role Description Your primary responsibility is to create quality learning experiences for associates. You support them during new hire training, upskill and cross-skill training, and other learning interventions (such as store launches, SOP changes, and tool training) by providing the resources they need to do their job. We improve learner skills and performance through ongoing learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, case study practice, assessments, and periodic curriculum maintenance and redesign.
