Role Description Your primary responsibility is to create quality learning experiences for associates. You support them during new hire training, upskill and cross-skill training, and other learning interventions (such as store launches, SOP changes, and tool training) by providing the resources they need to do their job. We improve learner skills and performance through ongoing learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, case study practice, assessments, and periodic curriculum maintenance and redesign. We also measure the learner experience through feedback and curriculum reviews.
