• NeoWork is currently hiring for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing client-facing marketing team. • You will own marketing project delivery end-to-end: task orchestration, contractor accountability, stakeholder communication, escalation, and day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts. • Project Managers partner on strategy, not execution. • Project & Task Ownership - Convert client requests and strategy into tracked deliverables. Maintain master task registry (Asana/ClickUp). Ensure nothing falls through cracks. Drive deadlines without reminding. • Contractor & Vendor Accountability - Brief contractors clearly. Track deadlines. When vendors miss deadlines or go silent, escalate immediately (same day). Do not accept "no update" as status. Find workarounds. • Proactive Escalation - Identify risks early. Flag client-facing issues to leadership/PMs within 48 hours of discovery, not weeks later. Surface trends, blockers, and scope creep before they become problems. • Client-Facing Presence - Join calls on time, prepared, camera on. Drive marketing conversations. Own your workstreams. Answer questions directly. If you don't know something, say so and commit to a follow-up timeline. • Cross-Functional Communication - Work sideways with PMs, Account Leads, and leadership. Ask for help early. Surface blockers. Adapt approach when current process isn't working.
